When a USB device fails to be detected and Bluetooth device search is not working, check the followings;

1. Check if your mobile phone supports a Bluetooth connection.
2. Check if the activate item on the Bluetooth menu of your mobile phone is on.
3. Check if the visibility item on the Bluetooth menu of your mobile phone is on.
4. Check if Bluetooth hardware and software are installed and running on the PC.
   • Please install one of the following pieces of software to connect via Bluetooth:

   - Microsoft Stack: Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher

   - Widcomm Stack: v. 1.4.2.10 SP5 or higher

   - BlueSoleil Stack: v. 1.6.0 or higher

   - Toshiba Stack: v. 3.0 or higher

※The list of software programs that support Bluetooth.

1. Check if your mobile phone is detected by applicable Bluetooth software.

1. If your mobile phone is detected, pair it in the Bluetooth software and check it in the NPS.
2. If your mobile phone fails to be detected, check if the PC is detected by your mobile phone.
3. If your mobile phone detects the PC, pair it with the PC and check it in NPS.
